Howdy All,
Welcome back! Hope Everyone had a great summer and are ready to get stuck back into training! I also hope to see lots of new faces this year. The new training times are: Wednesday 8.30-10pm & Friday 5-7pm. We have gotten an extra half hour this year on the wednesday so lets make good use of it. We will be starting training on September 15th and hope to see you all there. We will use this class to give new comers an idea as to what there going to be doing, and also to jog the memory more experienced guys. Looking forward to a good start this year!
